I’m still very angry at the whole situation of the tour that never happened. I received a confirmation text and email prior to the date, so I bought my train ticket to San Diego for $58.00 and found out when I got there tour was canceled. A very expensive waste of a beautiful Saturday.

Our driver, Juan, had colorful stories during our trip. We started on time and made it through Customs into Mexico with ease. We stopped in Tijuana to sample some tequila, and walk around the downtown. I felt perfectly safe the entire time. We stopped in Puerto Nuevo at the Angel Del Mar Restaurant for lobster. It was a good portion in a beautiful setting. Then we stopped at Rosarito Beach and had some time to stroll by he ocean, or in the ocean, depending on your preference. Getting back into the USA is a stop-and-wait affair. The Tour Guide has no control over it, of course, and it was about 45 minutes of standing and waiting in line all in all. As the person who usually drives, it was great for me to sit back, relax and have a fabulous day. I highly recommend this trip.

When we planned to go, it rain. We got the E-mail around 11pm the night before saying that it got cancelled. I called the company and they said they already refunded TripAdvisor for our trip, it’s been almost 2 months and TA still haven’t refunded my money.

There was no visit no typical village, no beach, only few shops and traffic jam. To be avoided. The lunch was ok but we spend so many time in Tijuana so thete was no visit of Puerto Nuovo and no stop at Rosarito. A shame. We should be refunded normally

Nothing interesting. More than 6 hours in the minibus, very small. Onlt the visit of Tijuana and the lunch were ok. Ni visir of Puerto Nuovo, ni typical village visit, no stop at Rosarito, no beach, only traffic jam. Not good experience fif that price. To be avoided

Our driver Juan gave us a great journey from Tijuana to Rosarito, very engaging. Our ride was in a comfortable 8 passenger van.

It was a nice tour. Juan, the driver was a very good guide. I was a little bit disappointed by Tijuana, not really a must see. The stops on the beach and the lunch location were great. The lobster was amazing.

Visiting San Diego for a long weekend and my BFF and I decided on this tour. It did not disappoint! Juan was an excellent host and driver. We enjoyed every part of the tour and would recommend!!

There was nothing grand about the Grand Baja Tour. Here are some of the letdowns: 1. It was advertised as a 10-hour Mexico tour. We were picked up at 9:00 a.m. Dropped off slightly past 4:00 p.m. Only 7 hours. 2. Our second stop was the very rundown Rosarito Beach Hotel. We were left there by ourselves for 1.5 hours. There was absolutely nothing to do there. I can understand if it was the last stop, as in the itinerary, since people tend to get tired toward the end of a tour. But the second stop? For 1.5 hours to do nothing? It was complete pointless and a waste of time. 3. It was advertised as a cultural sightseeing tour with stops at the Cultural Center, the Tijuana Bullring, the Tijuana Zoo, the Tijuana Tower and shopping along Avenida Revolucion. No, we DID NOT stop at the Cultural Center, the Tijuana Bullring, the Tijuana Zoo, or the Tijuana Tower. We DID NOT shop along the Avenida Revolucion. We drove by these places in a crowded and stuffy van. Our feet never touched the ground of Tijuana, but the driver told us, "Now you can tell your friends you've been there!" The Grand Baja Tour is a grand rip-off and a huge disappointment. I want a refund.
